After qualifying at Stellenbosch University with a BA in humanities majoring in psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, I went on to combine the two into an honours in Educational psychology. I continued my teaching journey in England where I worked at various Special Needs schools focusing on children experiencing barriers to learning including learning disabilities and emotional challenges.

Upon returning to South Africa, I successfully completed the University of Stellenbosch’s masters in Educational Psychology program. I have since worked in many schools in the southern suburbs of Cape Town in learning support and counselling.

I am currently working from my practice in Kirstenhof, Cape Town as well as at schools supporting children and adolescents who are experiencing challenges in one or more areas of learning and development.
